Another question for you. How do I alternate GU gels(since they must be taken with water) and Powerade? Since both are being used, I am trying to figure out not doing too much of one thing or combination. Lets say I normally just hydrate with water whenever I feel thirsty running, but after about 90mins, do I then use Powerade or would I use GU? Just confused on what to bring for my runs and when to use what. Hope that made sense. They will start to increase considerably after next week so I want to start preparing. Thanks!! Dawn |
